Meet your Teacher
Mary Kate Schuster
Mary Kate first found yoga in 2014, not knowing the fun movement practice she found as a way to keep her physically healthy would become the catalyst for transformation.
Mary Kate was captivated by the practice and all it had to offer. From feeling incredible on and off her mat, to leaning more about herself and the practice every day, she fell in love with not only the practice, but also sharing it with others.
From Memphis, TN, Mary Kate completed her first training in 2018, and by 2020, received her RYT-500 designation. Having led over 1,500 classes and 7 yoga retreats before moving to sunny St. Pete in September 2023 she’s excited to share the practice with the city.
Mary Kate teaches to inspire other to pursue progress over perfection and embrace the mystery and challenge yoga has to offer
